What Actually Changes in the Body During Menopause: It Is Not Just One Hormone
Some people sleep well even when their hot flashes are severe, while others experience insomnia, mood changes, or joint pain before they notice hot flashes. During menopause, symptoms do not all develop in the same order based solely on estrogen levels. We will look at the discomfort you are experiencing and how different parts of the body change.

Do I Need All Eight?

When Should You See a Doctor?
